January 28 Train
Going through life is like a journey by train. You pass various places- not all of them nice, some of them crowded, others completely desolate, you meet all types of passengers there with you , of different walks of life, age, financial status , values and beliefs, you sometimes change at different stations before you reach your final destination. And one day you will have to leave this train when your life journey finally ends at your last station. We must always bear it on our minds. We are only passing by through this life. Life is just a stage. Follow Jesus on the train of your life and He will certainly lead you to the right station, to your true Homeland called Heaven where God the Father is already awaiting you with great love.
January 22 Has the Lord left us?"(Sometimes) ... it really seems to us that all is ended and that the Lord has left us for good because he is tired of bearing with us. Instead, things are quite different .The Lord is never so pleased with us as he is as such times as this. He is always there, close to us, or rather within us, invisibly encouraging us to endure the combat. Don't worry, then, because the Lord will fight for you and will never withdraw from you.
What you must do when Jesus, in his goodness, puts your faithfulness to the test is to show at all times great promptitude in the observance of your duties, without neglecting any of the practises which you perform in times of consolation and spiritual prosperity, without paying any attention to your lack of all pleasurable feelings, since such feelings are merely accidental and can often be quite dangerous in the end. True and substantial devotion consists in serving God without experiencing any sensible consolation. This means serving and loving God for his own sake"

 January 06 Who I am without GodEvery day I am figthing with my greatest enemies: my pride and my egoism. The battle starts again every single day. How lazy and shallow I am inside!!!! Thanks to God's grace I am rescued from many sins I am not committing only because God is helping this miserble sinner over and over again. But left by my own strength I am only capable of being self-content and so lazy spiritually, so materialistically-oriented and indifferent to others, selfish and very proud. There are many more worse things I could turn to were it not for God's grace. I know who I am without God!!!!
